shipping And Returns

We do not ship our products to P.O. Boxes. If you cannot be available to sign for your package,  please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address. If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

Returns Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your americangarden.com purchase, return it for any reason. We'll credit your account.

You may return new, unopened items sold by Americangarden.com within 14 days of receiving.

Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging, including UPC, manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip.

We'll also issue a credit for the return shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Once we receive your item, we will either credit your original method of payment or ship you a replacement item, based on your request.

We recommend that you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier method. We cannot replace or provide credit for any item lost during return shipping.

We cannot replace or provide credit for a returned item that is incongruent with the item, specifications, tem description or condition of your original purchase(s).
